LINEA SELF follows and recommends its customers during all the phases that precede the installation of a car wash machine.

Phase 1 - Washing area project

LINEA SELF has a technical staff able to project personalized washing areas on the base of the characteristics of the ground or town requirements or what expressly wants by the customer.

Phase 2 - In demand permissions

By our establishment there are available technical relationships about the functioning of the machines, their characteristics (components, consumption, dumping) or noisiness that can be helpful when asking permissions.

Phase 3 - Concrete civil works

During the phase of building the concrete civil works, the technical staff of LINEA SELF makes an inspection for checking works and their follow-up.

Phase 4 - Documents

During the installation of each machine, LINEA SELF supplies a Safety Operation Manual (POS) a document that collects:
- Company and building site data;
- Service of prevention and protection;
- Working workers in site and individualization of the building site;
- Possible subcontractors and developed workmanships;
- Useful telephone numbers;
- Assignments and duties of the workers about safety;
- Description of the activity' of site;
- List of the equipments used in the site;
- List of the individual devices of protection furnished to the workers;
- Integrative measures to the safety plan and coordination;
- Documentation to be held in site

For each multibays we realized a complete technical collection (1086) about the covering structure (components, structural calculations, capacity etc..) to be entrusted the local authority.

Phase 5 - Installation

After ending the concrete works, a specialized team begins the assemblage of the covering structures, and then proceeds with the installation of the technology. The installation of roll-overs is simplified by the lack of coverage and by the simplicity of transports, considering that they are disassembled only in least part. All machines come subsequently tested on the site before beginning their daily job. The technician completes his work supplying the fundamental instructions to the customer, as well as explanation of manuals, electrical scheme and spare-parts catalogues that come together with the machine.
